In my case, I experienced intussusception as a baby — a medical emergency that required surgery at just 3 months old. This early trauma left not only scar tissue on my abdomen, but also layers of fear and anxiety woven into my system. Over the years, these imprints affected my digestion, my nervous system, and even my sense of safety in the world.
When my gut was at its worst, there were so many foods I couldn’t eat. Some days I was so inflamed and bloated I couldn’t wear most of my clothes.

My Personal Healing Journey
Years ago, I was diagnosed with clinical depression. My thyroid, hormones, and mood were a total mess. I was stuck in a cycle of stress, fatigue, and digestive issues, and I couldn’t seem to break free.
Using The Body Code and other tools, I began steadily working on my nervous system — rebalancing my brain, resetting my adrenals and endocrine system, and deep-diving into the physiology of depression, anxiety, and stress. Alongside the physical work, I also addressed the subconscious patterns that were quietly dictating my health and my choices.
One of the biggest breakthroughs came when I uncovered an “allergy” to being deserving. This hidden pattern made me feel like I didn’t deserve the life I wanted — and it was affecting my motivation to eat well, move my body, and take care of myself.
Bit by bit, I released the old programs, supported my body physically, and began to feel like myself again.
