I Didn’t Expect This To Change Everything

When I first learned The Body Code, I felt like someone had set me on fire.

Not in a dramatic “lightning bolt” kind of way — but in that quiet, electric way where you suddenly see the potential of something and you can’t unsee it.

At the time, I was deep in my own health struggles. My hormones felt completely out of control, my nervous system was fried, and nothing I was trying was really working.

And what struck me wasn’t just the emotional side of this work — it was how it connected everything.

The body, the brain, the nervous system, metabolism… it all started to make sense in a completely different way.

What Is The Body Code?

The Body Code is an energy healing system that helps us identify what your body is holding onto — and gently release it.

It builds on the Emotion Code (which focuses on trapped emotions) and expands into a broader framework that looks at how everything in the body is connected.

Instead of guessing what might be wrong, we’re able to ask your body directly what it’s ready to shift.

The Body Code works across six main areas:

  • Energetic imbalances

  • Circuits and systems (like organs, glands, and the nervous system)

  • Toxins and pathogens

  • Structural imbalances

  • Nutrition and lifestyle factors

  • Limiting beliefs and subconscious patterns

You don’t need to understand all of this in detail.

What matters is that your body already knows where the imbalances are — and we use this system to uncover them in a really specific and targeted way. This is often where things start to click in a way they haven’t before.

What About The Heart Wall?

You might have come across the term Heart Wall — especially if you’ve been exploring the Emotion Code.

A Heart Wall is essentially a layer of trapped emotions around the heart, often built up over time as a form of protection.

It can show up as:

  • feeling guarded or shut down

  • struggling to fully connect in relationships

  • emotional heaviness or overwhelm

  • a sense of being “stuck” or not quite yourself

This is something I see often in sessions.

And while it can sound quite specific, it’s usually part of a bigger picture — not something separate from everything else going on in the body.

When we work together, we don’t just focus on clearing a Heart Wall in isolation.

We look at what your body is ready to release as a whole — which often includes emotional layers like this, alongside nervous system patterns, stress responses, and deeper subconscious wiring.

How I Work With The Body Code

In each session, I connect with your body using muscle testing to identify what’s ready to shift.

We’re not guessing or analysing — we’re asking your body directly where the imbalances are and what it needs.

Once something is identified, we clear it, and your system begins to recalibrate.

After your session, you’ll receive notes outlining what shifted, why it mattered, and how it connects to what you’ve been experiencing.

What I quickly realised when I started working with the Body Code — both on myself and with others — is that it was incredibly powerful… but it also opened the door to something deeper.

That “this changes everything” feeling I had at the beginning wasn’t just about clearing emotions or imbalances.

It was about seeing how everything in the body is connected — the brain, the nervous system, metabolism, cellular signalling, and energy — and how those systems influence each other.

This is what led me to develop my Metabolic Circuitry Method (MCM).

A way of working that goes beyond clearing individual imbalances and looks at how entire systems in the body are functioning together.

Using this approach, we can:

  • work with metabolic pathways and cellular processes

  • support communication between the brain, glands, and organs

  • address patterns at both a physiological and energetic level

  • and shift multiple layers of the body at once, rather than one piece at a time

So instead of just clearing what’s there, we’re also supporting your system to respond differently moving forward.

For many people, the Body Code is their entry point into this work.

It’s often where things start to shift — sometimes quickly, sometimes more gradually — but always in a way that your body is ready for.

What Can The Body Code Help With?

People usually come to this work because something just isn’t shifting.

Sometimes that shift feels subtle at first. Other times it’s more noticeable. But either way, things start to move.

Over time, it can start to hold onto stress, patterns, and imbalances that don’t fully resolve on their own.

That’s often when things begin to feel stuck.

The Body Code gives us a way to access that deeper layer.

Instead of working only with what’s visible on the surface, we’re able to identify what your body is still holding onto — and gently release it.

When we combine this with nervous system support, subconscious pattern work, and a more integrated view of how the body functions (through MCM), something shifts.

The body doesn’t have to keep compensating in the same way.

It can start to respond differently.

And that’s where change becomes more sustainable.

but because your system is no longer stuck in the same patterns.

A Personal Note

One of the most meaningful shifts I’ve seen has been in my own family.

My youngest son used to struggle with really intense anxiety — panic attacks, nausea, and that constant feeling of being overwhelmed in his body.
