Heart Wall Clearing
A gentle approach to releasing trapped emotions around the heart, helping you reconnect with yourself and the people you love.
What Is Heart Wall Clearing?
Heart Wall Clearing is an energy healing approach that helps identify and release trapped emotions that, according to the Emotion Code, may have become stored around the heart as a form of emotional protection.
Developed by Dr Bradley Nelson, the concept of the Heart Wall suggests that during experiences such as grief, heartbreak, chronic stress, betrayal or emotional trauma, the subconscious mind may create an energetic barrier around the heart to help us cope.
While this protection can be helpful at the time, some people believe it may continue long after it's needed, leaving them feeling emotionally guarded, disconnected, or like they're carrying something they can't quite explain.
Using muscle testing, Heart Wall Clearing gently identifies the trapped emotions your body is ready to release. Every person's Heart Wall is different, which is why the process is always guided by your body's priorities rather than a fixed protocol.

Could You Have A Heart-Wall?
Many people don't realise they have a Heart Wall because it doesn't always feel obvious. It can show up as subtle patterns in the way you relate to yourself, the people around you, or the way you move through life.

What Happens During Heart Wall Clearing?
One of the questions I'm asked most often is what actually happens during a Heart Wall clearing session.
The answer is usually... less dramatic than people expect.
Heart Wall clearing is a gentle process guided entirely by your body. Using muscle testing, we identify which trapped emotions your subconscious is ready to release. Some sessions focus almost entirely on clearing the Heart Wall, while others reveal that your body has different priorities to address first.
Every session is different because every person's story is different.
Some people notice a shift during the session, while others experience changes over the following days or weeks as their body integrates the work.
If you'd like a step-by-step explanation of what happens before, during and after a Heart Wall clearing session, including what you might experience afterwards, this guide walks you through the process.

How I Approach Heart Wall Clearing
One of the things I've learned over the years is that a Heart Wall isn't something your body created by accident.
According to the Emotion Code, a Heart Wall forms as a protective response to emotionally difficult experiences. At the time, it serves a purpose. It helps us cope when life feels too overwhelming, too painful or too much to carry.
That's why I never approach Heart Wall clearing with the goal of simply removing it.
Instead, I begin by asking your body what it's ready for.
Sometimes your Heart Wall is the priority.
Sometimes your body tells us it isn't ready to release it yet.
And sometimes it reveals that there are other energetic imbalances, trapped emotions or patterns that need attention first.
I've found that when we honour your body's timing, the process feels gentler and often unfolds more naturally. Rather than forcing change, we create the conditions for your body to let go when it no longer needs that protection.
Every Deep Reset is guided by your body's priorities, not by a fixed protocol.
Because no two bodies—and no two stories—are ever the same.
This whole-body approach is one of the principles that shaped my Metabolic Circuitry Method (MCM), where we look beyond individual imbalances and work with the body as an interconnected system.
Your Body Already Knows Where to Begin
You don't need to work out whether you have a Heart Wall, whether trapped emotions are the root cause, or whether something else is asking for attention.
That's what your Deep Reset is for.
Together, we'll listen to what your body is trying to communicate and follow its lead—whether that begins with your Heart Wall or somewhere completely unexpected.
Because healing isn't about chasing symptoms or forcing change.
It's about creating the conditions for your body to let go of what it no longer needs, in its own time.
