Heart Wall Clearing: What to Expect (Before, During and After)
If you’ve been reading about Heart Walls and thinking:
“Okay… this sounds like me. But what actually happens in a session?”
You’re not alone.
This is probably one of the most common questions I get — because let’s be honest…
It’s not exactly something most of us grew up learning about 😅
So let me walk you through it properly — in a way that actually makes sense.
If you’re new to this, you might want to start with What Is a Heart Wall
You may have also come across The Heart Code. In this post I clarify what this is and how it relates to the heart-wall.
Before Your Session
First things first:
You don’t need to prepare anything
You don’t need to relive your past
You don’t need to “figure it out” beforehand
Most people come into a session feeling:
curious
a little unsure
sometimes a bit nervous
That’s completely normal.
All I need from you is a simple intention.
Something like:
“I want to feel more open”
“I feel guarded and I don’t know why”
“I want to clear my Heart Wall”
That’s enough.
Your subconscious does the rest.
During the Session
This is where people are often surprised by how simple it actually is.
I use muscle testing to connect with your subconscious — like a yes/no compass — to identify which trapped emotions are part of your Heart Wall.
Your body already knows:
what the emotion is
when it was created
whether it’s ready to be released
Once we identify an emotion, I release it using an energetic technique.
It takes seconds.
We repeat this process, clearing layer by layer.
If you’re on Zoom, you can just relax while I guide the session.
If you’re having a remote session, you don’t need to be present at all — I complete the session at the agreed time and send you everything afterwards.
(Some clients actually sleep through their sessions 😴)
What It Feels Like During the Session
This varies — and this is important to understand.
Some people feel:
warmth or movement in the chest
a sense of softening
emotional release
Others feel… not much at all.
Both are completely normal.
The work is happening whether you feel it or not.
After Your Session
This is where things start to integrate.
Some people notice shifts immediately.
Others notice them over the next few days.
You might experience:
feeling lighter or calmer
responding differently in situations that used to trigger you
more openness in conversations
subtle emotional shifts
better sleep
Or you might just feel… normal.
And then realise a few days later that something has changed.
That’s often how it works.
If you’re wondering whether this actually works, I’ve shared more here:
Does The Body Code Actually Work?
A Quick Note on Integration
After your session, I’ll send you:
personalised session notes
what we cleared
anything important that came up
simple integration guidance
Because I don’t want you walking away thinking:
“what just happened?”
I want you to actually understand your own process.
Is It Safe?
Yes.
Completely.
We’re not forcing anything.
We’re not digging things up unnecessarily.
We’re working with your body — and it will only release what it’s ready to let go of.
What If I Don’t Feel Anything?
Also very normal.
Some of the biggest shifts I’ve seen in clients didn’t happen in the moment.
They happened in how they:
reacted differently
felt calmer
showed up differently in their relationships
The change is often subtle — but powerful.
The Bigger Picture
Heart Wall clearing isn’t about “fixing” you.
It’s about removing the layers of protection your body once needed…
So you can return to a more open, natural state.
