These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and the services provided by Richelle Burgess. By accessing this website or booking a session, you agree to the following terms.

Services Provided

Richelle Burgess provides energy healing sessions, coaching-style support, and wellness services designed to support emotional, energetic, and overall wellbeing.

Sessions may be conducted in person, via Zoom, or remotely.

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you remain responsible for your own health decisions and understand that individual experiences and results will vary.

Results

Every person responds differently to energy healing and wellbeing sessions. While many clients experience meaningful shifts, individual results cannot be guaranteed.

Bookings and Payments

Sessions must be booked in advance.

Payment is required prior to your scheduled session unless otherwise agreed.

By making payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you.

If you need to reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice where possible.

Payments for Deep Reset sessions are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your appointment and provide at least 24 hours' notice, your payment can be transferred to a future appointment.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) and missed appointments may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund, except in exceptional circumstances at Richelle Burgess' discretion.

Confidentiality

All personal information and session discussions are treated with respect and confidentiality.

However, communication via email or online platforms cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your privacy is important to me, and I will never share your personal information or session details without your permission, unless required by law.
