What to Expect From a Healing Session With Me
A lot of the women who find their way to my work say something very similar.
“I don’t feel like myself anymore.”
They’re exhausted even when they’re sleeping.
Their hormones feel unpredictable.

Their weight shifts in ways that don’t make sense.
And underneath all of it there’s often a quiet question running in the background:
What is happening to my body?
Most of the women I work with are incredibly self-aware. They’ve already tried the supplements, the diets, the self-care routines — sometimes even therapy.
But something still feels stuck.
If that sounds familiar, you’re exactly the kind of person who tends to benefit from this work.
My sessions combine tools from The Emotion Code and The Body Code with my own framework, the Metabolic Circuitry Method (MCM).
Over time I began noticing patterns in how the body responds to stress, safety, metabolism, and subconscious signalling. MCM builds on the foundation of the Body Code and Emotion Code and allows us to explore deeper layers of physiology — things like cellular signalling, metabolic pathways, identity templates, and the body’s energetic communication systems.
Sometimes we work very specifically within an organ, gland, or pathway. Other times the body simply wants to reset an entire system — like the nervous system — so it can come back into balance as a whole.
Quite often I muscle test to see which system the body wants to use that day. Some clients also come in with a personal preference for Emotion Code or Body Code work, and we can absolutely honour that too.
Every session is guided by your body’s priorities.

What Sessions With Me Are Like
Sessions with me are calm, intuitive, and surprisingly relaxed.
You don’t need to explain everything perfectly, relive old trauma, or come in with a perfectly clear story. Your subconscious and nervous system guide the process, and we simply follow what your body is ready to shift.
One of the things I discovered while developing MCM is how strongly the body is wired for safety. When the nervous system feels overwhelmed or unsupported, the body often “braces.” These bracing patterns can show up as fatigue, stubborn weight changes, digestive issues, hormonal chaos, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm.
So a big part of this work is helping the body feel safe enough to let go of those patterns.
You’re not broken.
Your body is usually doing the best it can with the signals it’s receiving.
My role in a session isn’t to fix you — it’s to help your body show us what it’s ready to release and rebalance.
Clients and I often find ourselves marvelling at what comes up in sessions — the connections between seemingly unrelated symptoms, the patterns that suddenly make sense, or the simple shifts that unlock something deeper.
That sense of discovery is one of the reasons I love this work so much.
It’s also why working together over more than one session can be so powerful — because patterns of healing start to emerge, and we can follow the body’s wisdom layer by layer.

What Happens in a Session
Every session is designed to get to the root quickly and shift what’s holding you back.
You don’t need to prepare or relive old trauma. Your subconscious guides the process, and together we clear exactly what your body is ready to release.
Step 1: Subconscious Connection
Using muscle testing, I connect with your subconscious — like a yes/no compass — to identify the emotional, energetic, or physical imbalances at play.
Muscle testing allows us to bypass the analytical mind and communicate directly with the body’s deeper intelligence.
This process is the same method used in systems like the Body Code and Emotion Code to communicate with the body’s deeper intelligence.
Step 2: Pinpointing the Root Cause
We uncover the hidden layers behind your symptoms or challenges.
That might include:
unresolved emotions
nervous system stress patterns
toxins or energetic pathogens
structural imbalances
subconscious beliefs
metabolic or energetic signalling patterns
The goal is always the same: identify the root imbalance, not just the symptom.
Step 3: Releasing the Block
Once identified, I release the imbalance using a combination of techniques which may include:
magnetic energy and focused intention
swiping over the governing meridian (an energetic pathway that runs from the forehead over the head and down the spine — like a reset switch for the nervous system)
frequency installs or “quantum truths” that anchor supportive states like calm, clarity, resilience, vitality, or metabolic balance
Most releases happen quickly, but the effects can continue unfolding as the body integrates the shift.
Step 4: Integration
After the session, your body continues processing the shifts we’ve made.
To support this phase, I send you detailed session notes outlining what came up during the session and the imbalances we cleared.
You’ll also receive personalised integration suggestions based on what surfaced — things like nervous system practices, reflective prompts, or small adjustments that help stabilise the changes.
Healing doesn’t stop when the session ends. Often the most interesting changes happen in the days and weeks that follow as your system integrates the work.

How You Might Feel After a Session
Every person — and every session — is different.
Some people notice changes immediately, while for others the shifts unfold gradually over the following days.

However you feel afterward, it’s simply your body integrating the work.

Sessions are designed to be flexible and work with your lifestyle.
You can book a live session via Zoom, where we connect in real time and work through the session together.
I also offer remote sessions, which many clients love because they’re incredibly convenient.
A remote session means you don’t need to be present when the work is happening.
Some clients are working, some are with their families, and some are even sleeping if they’re in a different time zone.
Before the session, you simply email me a short description of what’s been going on for you or what you’d like support with.
At the agreed time, I connect with your subconscious using muscle testing and carry out the session just as I would if we were meeting live.
Afterward you’ll receive full session notes, along with personalised integration suggestions.
If you’d like, I can also record the session and send you the recording so you can listen through and reflect on what came up.
